Holiday Makeup Look

Because who hasn’t seen a gold eye and red lip for Christmas? I love holiday makeup and Christmas so here is a classic holiday makeup look to kick off the season on my blog!

For This Look I Used:
Evelyn Iona Green Tea Primer
-Mario Badescu Rosewater and Herb Spray
-NYX Full Coverage Concealer, Orange
-Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation and Concealer, Nutty
-Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer, Medium
-LA Girl Pro Conceal, Creamy Beige
-LA Girl Pro Conceal, Expresso
-NYX Colour Correcting Powder, Banana
-NYX Contour, Amber
-NYX Lid Lingerie, Bronze Mirage
-Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance, Cyprus Umber
-Maybelline Master Precise Eyeliner
-Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama
-NYX Micro Brow Pencil, Expresso
-Becca Highlight, Champagne Pop
-MAC Lipliner, Cherry
-Chanel Rouge Allure Lipstick, Rouge Tentation 169
-NYX Matte Finish Setting Spray

Despite being basic as ever, I loved doing this look! I used a couple of products for the first time and I’m pleasantly surprised! I recently purchased the Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer during the 20% off Sephora sale and have been loving it! The NYX Orange Concealer was excellent with colour correcting under my eyes. I just finished off exams and the bags under my eyes are definitely not Chanel. Finally a stand out product used was the NYX Colour Correcting Powder in the shade Banana. This warmed up my face without adding too much warmth. It’s hard to find products for me that aren’t too yellow or orange toned. Maybe in a few weeks after using these products I’ll do full reviews on them! For now, I’m impressed!
